大学生树立与践行科学发展观,一方面应在思想观念上充分认识科学发展观的重要意义,增强贯彻落实科学发展观的自觉性和坚定性,另一方面应以科学发展观指导大学生自身成长和主观世界的改造,树立和践行科学的成人观、成才观,处理好成人与成才的关系。要确立以人为本的核心观念,树立以为民为核心的成人观,解决好成人与成才关系问题;要树立正确的成才观,把人的全面发展观念贯彻到自身发展中去,树立以素质教育为内容的全面发展的成才观;在学习和生活中要处理好学习、实践与创新的关系;身与心健康、和谐关系;自身和生态文明的关系,成为中国特色社会主义事业合格建设者和接班人。
