摘要
民办高校教师具有创造性弱、流动性强和层次偏低等特点,应用迪尔综合激励模型,对当前我国民办高校教师激励的影响因素进行分析,并结合民办高校教师构成状况,构建了民办高校教师的有效综合激励机制。
The teachers of private college is characterized by weak creativity, high mobility and being low-leveled. Applied the W. Dill synthesis incentive model, the paper analyzes the influencing factors on the teacher motivation in private colleges currently in China. Based on the formation of the faculty in private colleges, the paper proposes an effective synthesis incentive system for teachers in private colleges.
