摘要
义务教育学校教师绩效工资政策的出台，给义务教育学校教师带来了极大的期待。然而这项政策实施的效果如何，在此，笔者试图从政策学的视角对这一政策的目标和内容进行探析，同时对这项政策提出了相应改进建议。
The policy of Compulsory education school teacher Performance＇s salary be pubhshed by Ministry of Education; it has taken the enormous anticipation to the compulsory education school teachers. However, what does the policy＇s effect would take？ in this article, the author attempt to expresses any opinions about this policy＇s effect from policy angle.
