摘要
教师的幸福感不仅关系自身的身心发展,而且还关系着学生的成长与学校的整体发展。本文尝试分析情绪智力的九要素理论和教师幸福感的涵义概述,拟把教师幸福感分为心理幸福感和生理幸福感,分析情绪智力对教师幸福感的影响,努力培养和挖掘教师情绪智力,这是促进教师专业发展,改善生活品质的策略,是回归幸福感之路的重要途径。
Teachers, as a special group, whose senses of happiness are not only connected with their own physical and psychological development, but also with the development of the students and schools. The thesis is trying to analyze the theory of 9 essential factors of EI (emotional intelligence) and the connotation of teachers' senses of happiness which can be divided into two parts--psychological and physical well-beings. And then, it analyzes the influnence of IE upon teachers' well-being. In order to find a way leading to teachers's happiness, it is advisable to develope teachers'EI, which is an important approach to enhance teaching professionalism and improve the quahty of life.
