美国“教育者誓词”涉及到了教师专业理想与信念、教师的专业知能、教师专业自由与协作及专业行为操守等方面的精神内涵。在我国教师专业化过程中，建构中国特色的誓词与仪式，关注教师的专业理想与信念，重视教师的专业知能和终身学习，加强教师的专业行为操守，从而推动我国教师专业化的进程。

The United States ＂education Affirmation＂ related to the teaching profession ideal and belief, the professional competency of teachers, teacher collaboration and professional freedom and professional conduct, and other aspects of spiritual connotation. In the course of teachers professionalization, the construction of the oath ceremony with Chinese characteristics, concerning about the professional ideals and beliefs of the teachers, to the emphasising on professional competency of teachers and lifelong learning, enhancing the professional conduct of teachers, will promon the professionalism of teachers in the process.
