摘要
目的建立GC/FPD/固相萃取法测定食品中的甲胺磷残留量。方法样品经乙酸乙酯或乙腈均质提取,硅胶柱净化,GC/FPD进行测定,以保留时间定性,外标法定量。结果甲胺磷的峰面积与其浓度有着良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9990,最低检测限为0.01mg/kg(S/N≥10),样品回收率在75.5%~99.6%之间,相对标准偏差RSD≤7.9%。结论该方法操作简便快速、重现性好、净化效果好且成本低,能够满足食品中甲胺磷检测的要求。
Objective To establish a GC/FPD/SPE analytical method for the determination of methamidophos residues in foods. Method Samples were homogenized and extracted by ethyl acetate or acetonitrile, purified by LC-Si SPE, detected by GC/FPD, qualitation by rentention time and quantitation by external standard. Results There was a good linearity between the peak area of methamidophos and its concentration, and the correlation coefficient was good ( r = 0.999 0). The limit of detection was 0.01 mg/kg (S/N≥ 10), the recoveries of standard addition were generally in the range of 75.5%-99.6% and RSD ≤ 7.9%. Conclusion GC/FPD/SPE method is effective, fast, accurate, low cost and could meet the requirements for the determination of methamidophos residues in foods.
