摘要
分析了液晶电视音箱前壳的成型工艺,模具设计中用CAE软件对塑件成型进行了模拟流动分析,在模具结构、浇注系统设计中利用CAE模拟分析结果,提高了注射模设计水平。利用镶件拼合缝隙作为排气槽,解决了模具型腔喇叭网孔处不易排气的问题。模具投入批量生产,塑件质量稳定,用户反映良好。
The forming process of the front shell of an LCD TV sound box was analyzed and an injection mould was developed in which CAE technology was applied to the flow simulation analysis and the design of mould structure and gating system. The use of gap between inserts as air channel solves the air exhaust problem around the trumpet-like cavity.
