摘要
分析了零件的冲压工艺,确定了零件成形方案,设计了冲孔、翻边、落料、弯曲和整形于一体的多工位级进模。模具采用可快速更换的小孔凸模、合理的弯曲和整形结构,条料通过侧刃和导正销精确定位,达到了快速、高效的冲裁效果,生产的零件质量达到要求。
The stamping process of a connecting part was analyzed and a multi-position progressive die integrating punching, flanging, blanking, bending and reshaping was developed, in which a quick replaceable pinhole punch was applied and the strip materials were precisely oriented by side edge and pilot pin. A rapid and efficient blanking was achieved and the quality requirements were met.
