摘要
通过有限元数值模拟与试验,对高钢级φ508 mm和φ1219 mm等径三通热挤压成形工艺过程中支管拉拔工序的工艺参数进行研究。首先通过数值模拟对拉拔道次的确定和成形载荷给出了合理定性的分析,最后通过φ508 mm等径三通拉拔成形试验对数值模拟的结果进行验证。其研究结果对实际生产有一定的指导作用。
The technological parameters in the drawing of a branch pipe in the hot extrusion process for forming a φ508 mm equal-diameter tee joint made of high-grade steel were studied using FEM simulation and experiments. Numerical simulation was applied to qualitatively analyze the determination of drawing passes and forming load; and the experiments on dies verified the simulation results
