摘要
农用磷酸一铵(MAP)和普钙(SSP)生产工业磷酸一铵的方法,具有规模小,操作灵活的特点。试验结果表明该方法可制得92%以上纯度的磷酸一铵产品,磷的回收率在60%左右,剩余的含磷约20%的废渣可作为磷肥使用。
Industrial mono-ammonium phosphate was produced from phosphate fertilizer ammonium phosphate and single super phosphate.This process was small-scale and flexible.Purity of ammonium phosphate production by this mean was access 92% and phosphate recovery ratio was about 60% and phosphate byproduct with 20% nutrient containing would be used as fertilizer.
