LEEP联合爱宝疗栓治疗宫颈糜烂临床观察

A clinical observation of LEEP combined with Albothyl suppository in the treatment of of cervical erosion

目的探讨LEEP联合爱宝疗栓治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法纳入宫颈糜烂患者198例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各99例。治疗组采用LEEP联合爱宝疗栓治疗,对照组采用微波联合爱宝疗栓治疗。结果治疗后,治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为99.0%和92.9%,经检验有统计学差异,治疗组总有效率优于对照组;治疗组阴道流血时间少于对照组。结论LEEP联合爱宝疗治疗宫颈糜烂,临床疗效确切,手术简单、安全,成本低,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of LEEP canbined with Albothyl suppository treatment used in cervical erosion. Methods 198 cases included with cervical erosion were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each99 cases. The treatment group was treated with LEEP joint Albothyl suppository, and the control group was treated with microwave joint Albothyl suppository. Results After treatment, the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 99.0% and 92. 9%, statistically significant difference after the test, the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than the control group ; vaginal bleeding time of the treatment group was less than the control group. Conclusions The clinical efficacy of the treatment of LEEP Joint Albothyl used in cervical erosion is exact, simple, safe, low cost surgery, deserved promoting.
