重型病毒性肝炎患者24例护理体会

目的探讨重型病毒性肝炎的护理方法以提高临床疗效。方法2008年1月至2008年12月本科收治的重型肝炎患者24例,均给予合理的基础支持治疗,并行保肝利胆、止血、抗感染、促进肝细胞再生、改善肝内微循环、治疗各种并发症等处理,配和精心的护理治疗。结果本组24例患者治疗后治愈14例,好转5例,死亡5例,病死率20.83%。结论合理的治疗配合精心的护理可明显提高重型病毒性肝炎疗效,降低病死率。

Objective To explore the nursing severe viral hepatitis in order to enhance clinical efficacy. Methods Jan 2008 ~ Dec 2008 our department treated 24 of severe hepatitis patients were given a reasonable basis for supportive care, parallel nourish the liver and gallbladder, bleeding, anti-infection, to promote regeneration and improve liver microcirculation treatment of various complications such as processing, distribution and well-care treatment. Results 24 patients cured after treatment, 14 cases improved, 5 cases 5 deaths, mortality 20. 83%. Conclusion The optimal treatment with elaborate care can significantly improve the efficacy of severe viral hepatitis and reduce mortality.
