眩晕宁对椎基底动脉供血不足患者血流动力学的临床观察

A clinical study of the efficacy xuanyunning in treatment of vertebrobasilar insufficiency

目的观察眩晕宁治疗椎基底动脉供血不足的疗效。方法对150例椎基底动脉供血不足患者随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组各75例,两组均给予尼莫地平治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用眩晕宁,3片,3次/d,28d为1个疗程,治疗前后行颈部血管彩超检测。结果治疗组治疗后能明显改善眩晕症状,能使左颈总动脉、右颈总动脉、左椎动脉、右椎动脉的平均血流速度(Vm)升高,血流量增高,阻力指数(PI)降低,两组间比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论在西药扩血管常规治疗基础上加用眩晕宁,能显著提高椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的疗效。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of Xuanyunning in patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency. Methods 150 patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency were randomly divided into therapeutic group and control group. The control group was given nimodipine and the therapeutic group was given nimodipine and traditional Chinese medicine Xuanyunning（3# tid）for 28 days. All the patients were examined with Ultrasonography doppler before and after treatment. Results Clinical symptom was improved in therapeutic group. Blood flow velocity was increased and PI was reduced in therapeutic group. And there were significant differences between therapeutic group and control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Xuanyunning can improve the curative effect of vertebrobasilar insufficiency significantly on the basis of treatment of vasodilation with western medicine.
