支气管哮喘患者血清嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)在特异性免疫治疗中的变化 被引量:6

摘要 目的通过观察支气管哮喘患者接受特异性免疫治疗前后血清嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(eosinophil cationic protein,ECP)的变化,评价免疫治疗的效果,探讨其治疗机制。方法60例支气管哮喘患者随机分为治疗组40例,对照组20例,治疗组用阿罗格变应原浸液特异性免疫治疗(specific immu-notherapy,SIT),对照组吸入布地奈德,在治疗前后抽静脉血查ECP。结果两组治疗后患者血清ECP均有降低,有显著性差异(治疗组P<0.01,对照组P<0.05),但治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论特异性免疫治疗能有效降低患者血清ECP,其可能的免疫机制是有效地抑制了嗜酸性粒细胞在气管的聚集与活化,降低其释放ECP的能力,起到治疗作用。 Objective To approach mechanism of specific immunotherapy (SIT) by observing the changes of serumal eosinophile cationic protein (ECP) of patients with bronchial asthma with SIT. Method Of 60 patients with bronchial asthma, 40 were randomly assigned to SIT group, and 20 were randomly assigned to control group. SIT group were injected subcutaneously with standardized aluminum-adsorbed allergen extracts (NOVO-Helisen Depot, NHD, merck, Germany) and control group were treated with budesonide aerosol. Serumal ECP was measured before and after treatment. Result The levels of serumal ECP were lower than those of before treatment in two groups and the level of serumal ECP of SIT group was lower than that of control group. Conclusion SIT can decrease effectively the levels of serumal ECP. Mechanism may reduce the eosnophile granulocyte aggregation and activation.
