彩色多普勒超声颈动脉检测在短暂性脑缺血发作中的应用

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声颈动脉检测在短暂性脑缺血发作中的应用价值。方法比较分析彩色多普勒颈动脉超声检查75例短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)患者与40例健康志愿者的差异。结果TIA患者组颈动脉内-中膜厚度较对照组厚、斑块检出率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声检测颈动脉内可为TIA临床治疗及预后评估提供重要参考。

Objective To explore the clinic value of carotid artery examination by color Doppler flow image（CDFI） in transient ischemic attaek（TIA） patients Methods To examine carotid artery of 75 TIA patients in our hospital campare with the health group by CDFI. Results Intima-medial Thickenss （ IMT ） in the TIA group was thicker than that in the health group , and more therosclerosis plaque were found in the TIA patients. Conclusion It can provide reference of treatment and prognosis estimate to examine carotid artery IMT.
