摘要
目的报告胞二磷胆碱联合卡马西平治疗耳鸣39例疗效观察。方法治疗组采用胞二磷胆碱250mg加入25%葡糖糖20ml静脉注射,同时合用卡马西平治疗,20d为一疗程。结果治疗组总有效率86.8%,与对照组统计学处理,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论两药合用疗效稳定。
Objective To report clinical observation of citicoline united carbamazepine in the treatment of tinnitus. Methods Treatment group 250 mg Citicoline add 25% glucose 20 ml intravenous injection, while carbamazepine combination therapy, one course of treatment for 20 days. Results Treatment group the total effective rate was 86. 8%, treatment with the control group statistically, significantly different （P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion The combined effect of the two drugs is stable.
