坎地沙坦治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭临床疗效观察研究 被引量：6

摘要 目的观察坎地沙坦治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的临床疗效。方法选择住院的96例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组(48例)给予洋地黄、利尿剂、血管扩张剂、β-阻滞剂等常规药物;坎地沙坦组(48例)在常规治疗的基础上加用坎地沙坦治疗,4mg/d,共计观察12周。结果坎地沙坦组心功能改善的临床效率(43.8%)和总有效率(89.5%)均较对照组(25.0%和70.8%)显著提高(P<0.05),且无不良反应出现。结论坎地沙坦是治疗CHF的一种安全有效的药物。
