重组人生长激素致严重高血糖一例

摘要 1临床资料 患者男，79岁，因“外伤后右髋部疼痛伴右下肢活动障碍12d，憋喘4h”于2009年2月8日收入重症监护科治疗。患者外伤后致右股骨颈骨折并行全髋关节置换术，术后卧床，期间呕血3次。既往无糖尿病史。查体：体温37．6℃，脉搏106次／min，呼吸30次／min，血压123／81mmHg，嗜睡， 口唇四肢末梢轻度发绀。
