Effect of flumazenil on bispectral index in patients during anesthesia

摘要 目的评估七氟醚麻醉下氟马西尼对患者麻醉深度及脑电双频指数(BIS)的影响。方法20例ASAⅠ或Ⅱ级患者择期全麻下行妇科腹腔镜手术。当麻醉初期BIS(47±3)时静注氟马西尼0.01 mg/kg,记录给药(氟马西尼)前及给药后2、4、6、8、10、15、20 min 7个时点的SBP、DBP、MAP、HR、SpO2及BIS值。结果各时点的SBP、DBP、MAP、HR、SpO2及BIS值差异均无统计学意义。结论氟马西尼对七氟醚麻醉下患者的镇静程度无明显拮抗作用。 Objective To assess the effect of flumazenil on bispectral index(BIS) in patients during anesthesia with sevoflurane inhalation. Methods Twenty ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ patients undergoing selective gynecology laparoscope surgery under general anesthesia with sevoflurane were studied. A bolus of flumazenil 0. 01 mg/kg was injected intravenously at the time when BIS value was kept in the level of (47±3) during sevoflurane inhalatioru SBP, DBP, MAP, HR, SpO2 and BIS were recorded before and at 7 time points within 20 rain after flumazenil injection. Results There was no any significant difference in SBP, DBP, MAP, HR, SpO2 and BIS among the 8 time points recorded. Conclusion During sevoflurane anesthesia, flumazenil injection has no significant antagonism of on the sedation status.
