摘要
目的:改进大鼠原位肝移植的手术操作方法。方法:采用远交系Wistar和远交系SD大鼠,用二袖套法(门静脉和肝下下腔静脉)建立大鼠原位肝移植模型,正式实验46次。结果:改进了供肝获取和安装血管套管方法,受体无肝期平均19min,手术成功率达91.3%。结论:改进的大鼠原位肝移植术操作简便,手术成功率较高,可做为肝移植实验可靠。
Abstract Objective:To modify an experimental rat orthotopic liver transplantation model.Methods:Two cuff(portal vein and infrahepatic vena cava) technique was applied in the production of this animal model in Wistar rats and SD rats.Results:With the modifiation,a successful rate of 91 3% was archieved in the production of the experimental model with anhepatic period of on average 19 minutes.Conclusion:The modified model is easily available and highly reproducible,which provides a practical and stable experimental model for the study of liver transplantation.
