高血压合并糖尿病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平与颈动脉内膜厚度相关研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:了解高血压合并糖尿病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平与颈动脉内膜厚度相关性。方法:抽取2007年4月~2008年4月在自治区人民医院高血压科住院患者88例。进行同型半胱氨酸水平、颈动脉内膜厚度检测及相关危险因素调查,分为单纯高血压组和高血压合并糖尿病组进行分析。结果:1.高血压合并糖尿病患者组与单纯高血压组比较,高血压合并糖尿病患者组血浆中同型半胱氨酸水平比单纯高血压组高,右颈内动脉内膜值比单纯高血压组高,P值均<0.05;2.相关分析显示,高血压合并糖尿病患者血浆HCY水平与右颈总动脉内膜值、左颈总动脉内膜值正相关,P值均<0.05。结论:高血压合并糖尿病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平比单纯高血压患者高,动脉粥样硬化程度可能要比单纯高血压严重,高血压合并糖尿病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平与颈动脉内膜厚度正相关。
