摘要
目的:探讨不同类型髁突骨折对颞颌关节的继发性影响。方法:中国实验用小型猪12头,造成左侧髁突纵行和横断骨折模型,在术后6个月应用普通X线、CT等影像技术进行观察。结果:普通X线片对髁突纵行骨折显示不清,容易漏诊;对髁突横断骨折显示较好。CT片可清楚地显示髁突不同类型骨折影像,特别是对髁突纵行骨折诊断有较大优势。幼年小型猪髁突纵行骨折后多形成双髁突畸形。结论:不同类型髁突骨折影像学表现不同,对颞颌关节继发性影响亦不相同。髁突纵行骨折更易引起颞颌关节继发性损伤,应引起足够的重视。
Objective:To evaluate the secondary effect of temporomandibular joint(TMJ) after longitudinal fracture and transverse fracture of mandibular condyle in childhood miniature pigs.Methods:Longitudinal fracture mandibular condyle and transverse fracture mandibular condyle were produced in 12 childhood miniature pigs as the model,and all animals underwent plain X ray and CT imaging six months after the procedure.Results:Most of childhood miniature pig longitudinal fracture of mandibular condyle were missed by conventional X ray examinations,whereas CT was effective to demonstrate longitudinal fracture of mandibular condyle.Most of childhood miniature pig longitudinal fracture of mandibular condyle showed bifid mandibular condyle deformity.Conclusion:Image findings varied in different types of condylar fractures with their different affection on secondary injury on TMJ.Consequently,the diagnosis and treatment of longitudinal fracture of mandibular condyle should be individualized with a special attention.
