摘要
目的:通过对人眼球轴长、前房深度、晶体厚度和角膜曲率的测定,探讨它们之间的相关性,并把握如何精确测定眼球轴长、角膜曲率来保证人工晶体的正确计算。方法:采用AB超声仪和自动电脑验光曲率仪连续测定113只老年性白内障眼球的轴长、角膜曲率,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果:眼球轴长范围:2019mm~2607mm,平均2311±011mm。角膜曲率范围:4100D~4750D(diopter),平均4432±012D;前房深度范围:191mm~391mm,平均303±004mm;晶体厚度范围:277mm~519mm,平均402±005mm。轴长<235mm的眼球随轴长增加其角膜曲率显著减小(P<001),轴长≥235mm的眼球随其轴长增加其角膜曲率无明显变化(P>005)。结论:眼球轴长和角膜曲率的精确测量及两者相互变化关系对白内障患者要置换的人工晶体度数的计算至关重要。
Objective: To determine a accurate method to measure ocular axial length,anterior chamber depth lens thickness and keratometry by calculating degrees of intraocular lens(IOL) demand.Methods:The axials length and keratometry of 113 continuative eyes were examined by using ultrasound and auto Refr Keratometer.Results:The ocular axials length ranged from 20 19 mm to 26 07 mm(23 11±0 11),the keratometry from 41 00 D to 47 50 D(44 32±0 12 D),the ACD from 1 91 mm to 3 91 mm(3 03±0 04 mm),and the lens thickness from 2 77 mm to 5 19 mm(4 02±0 05 mm).The keratometry of the eyes with less than 23 5 mm axials length are increased markedly with the shortening of the axial length.The Keratometry of the eyes with more than or equal to 23 5 mm axials are not changed significantly with the increasing of the eyes axials.Conclusion:It is vital how to measure repeatedly and accurately ocular axial length and corneal curvature for choicing optimal IOL.
