P53蛋白在人脑胶质瘤中的表达及与增殖的关系(附39例检测结果分析)

EXPRESSION OF P 53 PROTEIN IN HUMAN BRAIN GLIOMAS AND IT's RELATION WITH PROLIFERATION

目的：观察Ｐ５３蛋白及增殖细胞核抗原（ＰＣＮＡ）在人脑胶质瘤中的表达情况，探讨Ｐ５３蛋白表达与人脑胶质瘤的增殖活性和临床病理类型之间的关系。方法：采用免疫组化ＳＰ法对３９例人脑胶质瘤石蜡标本中Ｐ５３蛋白及ＰＣＮＡ进行检测。结果：在３９例胶质瘤中１３例观察到了Ｐ５３蛋白表达。Ｐ５３蛋白阳性表达在星形细胞瘤、间变性星形细胞瘤和胶质母细胞瘤中分别为１８７％、４５４％和７１％。Ｐ５３蛋白表达与增殖细胞核抗原阳性率密切相关。结论：Ｐ５３蛋白的表达与胶质瘤的病理类型、恶性程度和增殖活性相关。在常规石蜡包埋标本中，使用免疫组化法检测Ｐ５３蛋白的表达情况。

Objective:To examine the expression of P 53 and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) in human gliomas and to investigate it's relation with proliferation,and histopathologic types Methods:P 53 and PCNA were detected with immunohistochemical staining in 39 cases of human brain gliomas Results:P 53 protein expression was observed in 13 of 39 human gliomas,and showed positive in 18 7% of astrocytomas,45 4% of anaplastic astrocytomas and 71% of glioblastomas P 53 expressing was significantly associated with proliferation rate determined by immunohistochemical PCNA Conclusion:There is a strong correlation between pathological grade,preliferatin and P 53 expression Immunohistochemical determination of P 53 expression in routine paraffin embedded material is of significance in prognosis of gliomas
