摘要
制备了3种新的稀土配合物LnAA(NO3)3·3C2H5OH·nH2O(Ln=La,Ce,Eu,n=1或2)。通过元素分析、摩尔电导、红外光谱、差热-热重分析确定了该类配合物的化学组成。研究了积雪草酸稀土配合物与线粒体的相互作用和抑制食管癌细胞(Eca-109)增殖的能力。发现积雪草酸稀土配合物与线粒体有直接作用,且抗肿瘤活性明显强于配体,可能是一类以线粒体为靶点的抗肿瘤化合物。
Three lanthanide ( Ⅲ ) complexes LnAA ( NO3 )3 · 3C2H5OH·nH2O(Ln= La,Ce,Eu, n = 1 or 2) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductivity, IR, and DSC-thermal analysis. The interactions between the complexes with mitochondria and the inhibition of complexes against the proliferation of esophageal cancer cells(Eca-109) were studied. The results showed that the lanthanide( Ⅲ ) complexes could inhibit the proliferation of cancer cells and interact with mitochondria directly. So the lanthanide( Ⅲ ) complexes could be used as antitumor complexes to target rnitochondria.
