摘要
目的:探讨激素和生长因子对体外培养人牙乳头细胞增殖的影响。方法:用MTT法观察不同浓度的1,25-二羟基维生素D3、胰岛素和表皮生长因子对离体培养的人牙乳头细胞生长的影响。结果:在10-9~10-7mol/L浓度范围时,1,25-二羟基维生素D3对细胞增殖具有抑制作用,浓度越高,作用时间越长,抑制作用越强。胰岛素和生长因子对细胞增殖有一定促进作用,与浓度成正相关,分别在加药后第3天、4天作用最强。结论:在一定浓度和作用时间内。
Aim: To study the effect of 1,25(OH) 2D 3, Insulin and EGF on the proliferation of human dental papilla cells in vitro. Methods: MTT method was used to determine cell proliferation when different dose of the above factors were added into the culture medium. Results: 1,25(OH) 2D 3 caused a dose and time dependent decrease in proliferation (10 -9 ~10 -7 mol/L) of human dental paplla cells cultured in vitro. Insulin and EGF stimulated the cell proliferation especially on 3d and 4d, respectively. Conclusions: These results suggested that these factors may act as regulators of human dental papilla cells.
