二环己胺及杂质的高效液相色谱分析 被引量:1

摘要 采用HPLC-ELSD研究了二环己胺的定量分析方法,标准曲线方程y=-3304813+4361066x,r=0.9868;回收率为98.2%~102.4%,RSD为8.3%~9.3%。另外,采用HPLC-PDA研究了邻氨基苯酚和苯胺的同时定量分析方法,定量限分别为1和0.5ng,线性范围分别为0~40mg/L和0~20mg/L。该分析方法准确度和精密度均能满足对产品质量检测要求。 A method for the analysis of dicyclohexylamine by HPLC-EKSD was established. The linear equation was y = - 3 304 813 + 4 361 066x, with r = 0. 986 8; the average recovery was 98.2% - 102.4%, and the RSD was 8.3% -9.3%.In addition,2-aminophenol and aniline were determined concurrently by HPLC-PDA. The limit on determination of 2-aminophenol and aniline was 1 ng and 0.5 ng, respectively, and the linear range was 0 - 40 mg/L and 0 - 20 mg/L, respectively. The accuracy and precision of this method could meet the requirements for quality control over industrial products.
