以N-甲基-3-(1-萘氧基)-3-(2-噻吩基)-丙胺(Duloxetine)为原料,合成了标题化合物。中间体和产物的结构经1H NMR、IR和质谱表征。

A new compound N-methyl-2- （ 4- （ 3-methylbenzoyl ） piperazin- 1-yl ）- N- （ 3- （ naphthalen- 1-yloxy ）-3- （ thiophen-2-yl ） propyl） acetamide was synthesized from the starting material duloxetine. The intermediates and the product were characterized by ^1HNMR, IR and MS.
