基于不同材料的某中型卡车驾驶室翻转扭杆的研究 被引量:4

摘要 某中型卡车的驾驶室重达七百公斤,单凭人力无法实现其翻转,必须借助于翻转机构。目前国内普遍采用60Si2Mn制造驾驶室翻转扭杆,但国外也有采用45钢。文中提出驾驶室翻转扭杆的设计方法,并分别采用这两种材料制造扭杆,同时对其性能进行试验和研究。结果表明45钢也完全符合设计和使用要求,且成本更低。 The cab of the medium-sized truck weighs nearly 700 kilograms. The cab tilting mechanism must be needed because manpower is not strong enough to achieve its tilting. 60Si2Mn is widely used to produce the cab tilting torsion bar domestically while 45 steel is also used overseas. The design method of cab tilted torsion bar has been put forward. These two materials are used to produce the torsion bar, and its performance has been tested and studied at the same time. The results show that 45 steel not only meets the designing and using requirements but also costs lower.
