燃气轮机汽封圈制造技术研究

摘要 通过对M701F燃气轮机各类汽封圈的机械加工工艺的研究,解决了两半结构的铸铝气封圈齿形加工及加工变形;解决了弧段轴向搭接式铸铝气封圈的搭接面、齿形加工及装夹方法;解决了内孔焊接蜂窝齿的大直径多弧段的透平静叶环蜂窝气封圈焊前及焊后的内外圆及弧段端面和平衡孔等的加工等问题;探索和总结出了一套燃气轮机各类汽封圈的机械加工工艺方法,为东汽燃气轮机技术的开发、研制奠定了坚实基础。 A research project on processing technology of all types seal for gas turbine M701F results in the method of processing cast aluminum seal teeth and fixed problem of processing distortion; the method of clamping and processing joining surface of segmental arc axial joint type cast aluminum seal and tooth profile; and the method of processing in outer annulus, segmental arc end surfaces and balancing holes of large-diameter multi-segment turbine static ye huan honeycomb seal before welding and after welding. For the DEC's gas turbine technology's development, the development have established solid foundation.
