Performance Characterization and Application of DQ-Ⅵ Catalyst

针对工业环管反应器中高抗冲聚丙烯共聚产品的生产,开发出一种性能更加优良的球形聚丙烯催化剂DQ-Ⅵ。通过实验室的聚合性能表征,某些性能优于同类进口催化剂。工业应用的结果表明:DQ-Ⅵ催化剂适合于高乙烯含量的高抗冲共聚聚丙烯的生产。

In order to produce high-impact propylene copolymers in loop reactor, a kind of spherical polymerization catalyst DQ-VI with better performance was developed. The some performance of the catalyst is better than similar imported catalyst from characterization of polymerization in laboratory. The industrial application resuits show that DQ-VI is suitable to produce high-impact propylene copolymers with high ethylene content.
