中国市场经济的发展和政府职能转变,为行业协会的发展提供了机遇和空间,同时也对行业协会提出了新的挑战。在新的变化环境中,如何加强自身管理适应发展趋势成为行业协会面临的一大课题。基于复杂适应系统理论强调主体的主动性及对环境的适应性等,行业协会要完善管理结构,增强主动性;发挥协会与政府、企业、公众的交互作用,实现自我优化以适应环境变化;在发挥预测性、保持动态性的同时增强行业协会的适应性。

With the development of the market economy and government reform in China, trade association faced opportunities and new challenges. In the changing environment, how to strengthen self-management is becoming a topic. Based on the initiative of the agent and its adaptability to the environment, which are emphasized by Complex Adaptive System Theory, trade associations should improve its management structure, enhance the initiative, strengthen the interaction among the trade association, government, company and society in order to adapt to the changes in the environment; and improve the prediction and maintain dynamic in order to enhance the adaptability of the trade association.
