The tacit knowledge management is paid more and more importance. Recognizing the dominant character of the tacit knowledge and the management procedure can help managers monitor the general situation. Analyzing each hindrance existing in the tacit knowledge management can help managers grasp the key issue, resolve problems and realize the exchange, mutuality and innovation of the inner knowldge of an organization.
