摘要
随着人民币汇率形成机制改革的深化,人民币汇率将更富弹性,而汇率的波动导致企业、金融机构、居民直面汇率风险。本文对我国本外币衍生产品交易的现状进行了分析,针对发展中出现的制约因素提出了发展和完善措施。
With the deepening of RMB exchange rate formation mechanism, the rate is being more flexible but the fluctuation of exchange rate leads to more risks to enterprises, financial institutions and citizens. The article analyzes the status quo of the derivatives deals in China and offers the measures to solve the inhibiting factors.
