试析影响我国现行金融制度创新与发展的制约因素及规律

On Constraints and Law of the Innovation and Development of Financial System in China

随着21世纪社会经济的快速发展,中国金融制度的创新与发展受到不断变化的内、外部环境的影响。本文从金融组织制度、金融市场制度、金融监管制度三个方面具体分析了影响我国现行金融制度发展的制约因素。在此基础上,进一步探讨了现阶段实施金融制度创新需要遵循的基本要求。

With the rapid development of economy in the 21st century, the changing internal and external elements influence the innovation and development of China financial system. The article, from the organization system, marketing system and supervision system,analyses the constraints to develop the current financial system. Based on the analysis, the article discusses the rules to be followed in order to develop the system at present.
