外语教学中学习动机的培养与激发

On Cultivation and Stimulation of Learning Motivation in English Teaching

学习动机是语言学习诸因素中最具能动性的因素之一。但激发学生的学习动机是比较复杂的过程,并且许多教师对影响学生学习动机的因素知之甚少,或对提高学习动机的策略缺乏系统了解,因此,本文概述外语教学中学习动机的定义、分类以及其对外语学习的作用,并提出了培养、激发成人学生外语学习动机的一些措施。

Learning motivation is the most initiative feature among learning faetors. But as a very complicated process, many teachers know little about how to stimulate students＇ learning motivation or the strategies to strengthen it. Therefore, the article, summarizing the concepts, categories and applications of the motivation, puts forward measures to stimulate the learning motivation.
