大肠癌、肺癌患者白细胞对抗癌药物敏感性的测定分析

The Analysis of Sensitivities of WBC of the Patients with Lung or Large Intestinal Cancer to the Anti Cancer Drugs

对４０例肺癌、４２例大肠癌患者作了白细胞对抗癌药物敏感性实验，同时以癌细胞药敏实验作对照。发现肺癌病人癌细胞对Ｖｐ１６、ＶＤＳ、ＶＣＲ、ＰＹＭ、５－Ｆｕ、ＩＦＯ、ＣＴＸ等药物的敏感性低于白细胞药敏，其中对ＣＴＸ药敏性差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）。大肠癌患者癌细胞对８种抗癌药物敏感性高于白细胞，其中对５－Ｆｕ、ＭＭＣ、ＣＴＸ、ＤＤＰ有非常显著的差异（Ｐ＜０．０５～０．０１）。发现白细胞对抗癌药物敏感性有肿瘤、个体和药物差异性。

The sensitivities of cancer cells and peripheral blood leukocytes(PBL) to anti cancer drugs among 40 cases of lung cancer and 42 cases of large intestinal cancer were tested by MTT method.The results showed that the sensitivities of lung cancer cells to Vp16,IFO,VDS,VCR,PYM,5 Fu and CTX were lower than to PBL.However,the sensitivities of cancer cells of large intestine to all of 8 kinds of anti cancer drugs were higher than to PBL among the same patients,especially to 5 Fu,MMC,DDP,CTX.There were different sensitivities to PBL in cancer,individual and drug.
