摘要
文章对高校体育校本课程开发与体育教师专业发展的关系进行了研究。研究表明:教师是校本课程开发的主体,校本课程开发能够提升体育教师的专业自主权,强化体育教师职后培训和进修的意识,促使体育教师学习专业和教育学科新知识、新技能,促进教师合作文化的形成,从而有力促进体育教师专业发展。
The author has conducted the research to the relations the P.E. school - based curriculum development of colleges and the P.E. teachers professional development using the literature material method. Resuits discovery that, the teacher is the main body which the school -based curriculum develops, the school - based curriculum development can promote the teachers specialization development. The curriculum development can promote the P.E. teachers professional right to independence, strengthen consciousness of P. E. teachers about on - the - job training and the further education, urge the P. E. teachers to study the new knowledge, the new skill on the professional and the education discipline,promote the teacher cooperative cultural formation,which can promote powerfully the P.E. teachers' professional development.
