摘要
振动的影响会导致由共振引起的结构疲劳失效,而按照随机结构计算更加符合实际.利用随机摄动有限元法,通过计算随机参数前5阶固有频率的灵敏度,来研究齿轮结构参数和几何参数与固有频率的关系,定量分析了各个参数条件对齿轮振动固有频率的影响,实现了有效的结构修改,以达到避免共振的目的.
The vibration will lead to the fatigue failure of structure caused by the resonance, and random structural close to the fact. So in this paper the random perturbation method is used to analysis the sensitivity so as to study the relationship between the structure parameters and natural frequency,and definite quantitative effect of parameters to nature frequency, so the structure can be changed effectively in order to avoid resonance.
