摘要
动态能力理论的提出与企业对持续竞争优势的追求直接相关,对动态能力的生成机制及其组织要求的探讨有助于研究企业持续竞争优势的来源。通过对核心能力、动态能力与动态竞争优势等概念的辨析,可以得出动态能力本质上是动态的组织能力这一命题。动态的组织能力的生成或培养需要企业构建适应动态竞争要求的组织机制,而这种组织机制至少由环境感知机制、学习吸收机制和资源整合机制三部分构成。
Advancing the theory of dynamic ability has a dicrect bearing on enterprise s pursuit of continuous competitive edge.Studying the shaping mechanism of dynamic ability and its organizationoal requirement helps to understand the origin of enterprise s continuous competitive edge.Analysing the concepts of core ability,dynamic ability and dynamic competitive edge may deduce that dynamic ability is essentially dynamic organizing ability. The development or training of dynamic organizing ability needs enterprise to establish the organization mechanism to adapt to dynamic competition, which comprises at least three parts such as ehvironmental perception mechanism ,learning mechanism and resource integration mechanism.
