阐述了水刺非织造布面密度不匀率的影响因素。根据不同的纤维原料和产品种类,调整各相关工序的工艺参数和设备运行状态,可以将产品的面密度不匀率控制在最低程度。
The influence factor on area density ununiformity of spunlaced nonwovens was explained. According to various fiber materials and type of products, the area density ununiformity of products could be controlled to minimum with adjustment of relevant process parameters and operating condition of equipment.
