摘要 目的了解西安地区社区获得性志贺菌血清型分布及耐药性,为西安地区社区获得性志贺菌的经验治疗提供客观依据。方法收集2004~2008年西安地区三家三级甲等医院标本进行鉴定、血清学分型和药敏试验。结果4733份送检标本中,共检出71株志贺菌,阳性率为1.5%(71/4733);其中66株为福氏志贺菌(占93%),4株为宋民志贺菌(占5.6%),1株为痢疾志贺菌(占1.4%)。在福氏志贺菌中,F2a占71.2%(47/66),F2b占1.5%(1/66),F4c占27.3%(18/66),未检出鲍氏志贺菌。2004-2008年期间复方新诺明耐药率最高(86.7%~100%),其次为氨苄青霉素(50%~90%),左氧氟沙星耐药率最低(0%~10%)。结论福氏志贺菌是西安地区细菌性痢疾的主要病原菌,对目前常用的抗菌药物已表现出一定的耐药性,应引起高度重视。 Objective To investigate the Xi'an area community-acquired Shigella serotype distribution and drug resistance, provide an objective basis treatment for the Xi'an area community-acquired experience Shigella. Methods Collected samples from three hospital of third grade first-class 2004-2008 year. Bacterial identification by VITEK 32,Serotype by serological methods and drug sensitivity test. Results 4 733 samples were submitted,71 were detected Shigella,the positive rate was 1.5% (71/4 733). 66 for Shigella (93%) ,4 for the Song of Shigella (5.6%) ,1 for Shigella dysentery (1.4%). In Shigella ,F2a accounted for 71.2% (47/66),F2b accounted for 1.5%(1/66),F4c accounted for 27.3%(18/66),not detected Shigella boydii. The highest rate of sulfamethoxazole resistance (86.7%- 100%),followed by ampicillin (50%- 90% ) ,the lowest rate of LEV (0 % - 10%). Conclusion S. flescneri is the main pathogen for bacillary dysentery in the region and antimicrobial agents commonly used has shown certain degree resistance. This should pay high degree attention.
