应用限制性片段长度多态性分析技术研究乙醇脱氢酶2的基因多态型

摘要 分子遗传学技术的发展使得我们对与遗传有关疾病的认识达到了新的境界。通过产前对个体所携有的基因多态型的研究可以对某些疾病进行早期预测,从而达到预防、优生优育的目的。酒精脱氢酶2基因就是一个鲜明的例子,个体带有的基因型不同其表现型也不同,它与胎儿酒精综合征、胎儿酒精效应及酒精相关疾病存在着一定联系。为此本文采用限制性片段长度多态性分析技术研究酒精脱氢酶2的基因,根据基因的变化。 With development of molecular biology, we acknowledge genetic related diseases to reach a nwe status. by studying of individual carried polymorphism in prenatal, some disease can be predicted in early time. And then the destemination of both preventation and birth health were gotten. A apperancely instance is alcohol dehydrogenase. If individual carried difference genotype, its phenotype is also difference. They have some relationshp with syndrome, fetal alcohol, fetal alcohol effect, and alcohol related diseases. Therefore, utilizing restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) technique can resarch genotype of alcohol delydregenase 2 (ADH2), according to changing of genotype, sensitive population were be screened. It provided basis for preventing fetal alcohol syndrome.
