广州地区146株产ESBLs肺炎克雷伯菌基因型研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的检测临床收集多重耐药的肺炎克雷伯菌的基因型,以利于耐药性的控制与指导临床用药。方法收集广州地区2006年1月~2008年12月来自各种标本的产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(extended spectrum β-laetamases,ESBLs)肺炎克雷伯菌146株,聚合酶链反应(PCR)对ESBLs阳性菌进行耐药基因检测并测序。结果146株产ESBLs肺炎克雷伯菌中,120株产CTX—M型β-内酰胺酶,52株产TEM型β-内酰胺酶,12株产OXA型β-内酰胺酶,除66株为CTX—M单独存在外,其余均与TEM,OXA共存。结论广州地区产ESBLs多重耐药肺炎克雷伯菌株携带基因型复杂,应加强临床细菌基因水平的耐药监测,采取有效措施防止耐药性的传播。
