摘要
ADA-LacZ融合基因经直接注射导入大鼠骨骼肌内,用X-gal和ADA组化染色方法检测的结果表明:在大鼠骨骼肌细胞中,可检测到由pFP表达的ADA和β-gal活性。这提示有望探索出一条对某些遗传性疾病、肿瘤及其它多种疾病导入外源基因实施基因治疗的便捷。
ADA LacZ fusion gene was directly injected into the skeleton muscle of Wistar rat. The expression
products were detected by immunohistochemical staining. The results showed that a biofunctional
protein which possesses ADA and β galactosidase activites was encoded. It suggested that long
sequence gene could be expressed in vivo by direct injection.
