石河子市社区卫生服务体系现状分析

Analysis on the Status of Community Health Service System in Shihezi City

目的调查石河子市社区卫生服务体系现状,了解石河子市开展社区卫生服务过程中存在的问题和今后发展前景。方法采用整群抽样方法,将石河子市所有社区卫生服务机构作为调查对象,进行问卷调查。应用Excel软件进行描述性分析。结果社区卫生服务体系初步建成,社区卫生服务功能初见成效。结论应着力于社区卫生能力建设和内涵建设,积极探索、全面推进社区卫生服务运行机制改革,在兵团中小城市的社区卫生服务体系建设中起带头作用。

OBJECTIVE Investigate the status of community health service（CHS）system in Shihezi City, to find out the existent problems in the CHS and its development perspective in the future. METHOD All the community health service organization in Shihezi City were selected by the method of the cluster sampling, and the condition of the CHS were collected by the questionnaire survey. The results of the study were analyzed in description through Excel. RESULTS The system of the community health service was build up initially, and its functions were effected just recently. CONCLUSION Suggesting the intervention should be targeted on capability and connotation of the community health, do some exploration actively to drive the reform of the community health service system roundly, and play an important role in the construction of the community health service system of the middle and small city.
