广西中央改厕项目效益调查与评价

Investigation and Evaluation of the Benefit of the Central Project of Improving Lavatories in Guangxi

为了解2004—2005年中央改厕项目的效益,选择经济、地理、气候和生活习惯等各方面条件基本接近的项目县广西南宁市宾阳县和非项目县广西南宁市上林县作为农村改厕效益对照评价点。工作小组于2007年5月深入两县进行现场随机调查,收集信息及资料,并对两县的100名小学生进行问卷调查与粪便检测。调查结果显示,项目县与非项目县在卫生厕所普及率、环境卫生、肠道及寄生虫疾病感染和卫生行为等多方面存在着差异。中央改厕项目产生了良好的社会与经济效益,推进了社会主义新农村建设。

In order to investigate the effectiveness of 2004 to 2005 the Central project of improving lavatories. We chose two county similar in economic, geographic, climate, livinghabits and so on, comparison, the counties are Binyang County of Nanning City in Guangxi（the project implemented）and Shanglin County of Nanning City in Guangxi（the project hadnot been implemented）. In May 2007, the Investigation team went to the two county to surveyrandomly and llecting information and data. 100 primary school students of the two counties acceptanced questionnaire and stool detected. The results of the survey show that the twoconties are different in thepopularization rate of hygiene toilet, environmental sanitation, intestinal infections and parasitic diseases, health behavior and so on . The projects havehad a good soc i a 1 and economic benef its, and promote the building of new.socialist countryside.
