摘要
作为室内高速无线局域网的一种可选技术,可见光通信仍然需要克服由背景光噪声及多径效应等因素带来的性能劣化.为研究角度分集的性能,文中首先提出了一种基于室内照明系统的可见光通信系统,并以此为基础,分析了以阳光为主的背景光噪声特性、由复杂室内环境造成的各向异性信道以及多径效应对系统性能产生的影响.再以角度分集技术作为解决方案,通过计算机仿真分析了其能带来的性能提升,比较了3种常用分集合并方式的性能差异.结果证明该技术可以有效改善系统性能.
As a potential technology for high-speed indoor wireless networks, visible-light communication still needs to overcome the penalties of background-light noise and the multipath effect. For the purpose of studying the performance of angle diversity, a communication system model based on the indoor lighting system was proposed. The characteristics of background-light noise in which sunlight is the main component, the influence induced by the multipath effect, and the anisotropic nature of the channel caused by complex indoor environments were analyzed using the model. Then, employing the angle diversity scheme, a comparison of the performance between three combining techniques was presented through a computer simulation. This validated the improvements in system performance of angle diversity systems.
