摘要
介绍了石灰石半干法烧结烟气脱硫技术的半工业性试验研究。试验结果表明,脱硫率高达90%以上,并具有一定的除尘效果;副产物为干态石膏,其含水低于5%,硫酸钙高于80%,可有效回收利用;脱硫系统不影响烧结生产,对烧结工况适应性强,是一种较为适合于烧结烟气脱硫的技术。
This paper introduces the pilot-scale study on limestone semi-dry method of sintering flue gas desulphurization technology, the results show that, the desulfurization rate is up to over 90%, and the technology has certain dedusting effect; the by-product is gypsum in dry state, of which moisture content is less than 5%, the calcium sulfate content is higher than 80%, which could be recovered efficiently; the desulphurization system has no influence on sintering, and it has strong suitability for sintering condition, the limestone semi-dry method is a technology which is more suitable for sintering flue gas desulphurization.
