摘要
研究了升温过程中燃料、铁矿粉、燃料与铁矿粉混合物、烧结混匀料的SO2产生特性;以及混匀料、燃料、铁矿粉在1000℃和1100℃保温时的SO2产生特性;并研究了混匀料不同碱度对SO2产生特性的影响。研究发现,燃料加热到600℃后开始生成较多的SO2,铁矿粉加热到950℃后开始生成SO2,混匀料加热到1000℃后才产生SO2,且产生量很小。当混匀料的碱度从1.0增加到1.2时,SO2产生量减少了80%;当碱度增加到1.4时,SO2产生量只是又减少了1%左右。
The SO2 emission characteristics of fules, iron ore fines, mixture of fuels and iron ore fines, and the blended sintering materials were investigated during temperature increasing. The characteristics of SO2 emission of blended sintering material, fuels and iron ore fines were investigated when the temperature were kept at 1 000 ℃ and 1 100 ℃. Further more, the influence of alkalinity of blended sintering material on SO2 emission was investigated. It was found from the experiment that when the fuels are heated to 600 ℃ , more SO2 is emitted, when the iron ore fines are heated to 950 ℃ , SO2 is emitted, and when the blended raw materials are heated to 1 000 ℃ , SO2 is emitted and the amount is very little. The amount of SO2 emission is reduced by 80% when the alkalinity of blended sintering material is increased from 1 . 0 to 1.2, and SO2 emission is reduced by only 1% more when the alkalinity is increased to 1 .4.
